Training for Business Employees and Organizations

     I am a government-certified trainer, accredited by Emploi-Québec in accordance with the Act to Foster the Development of Manpower Training (Loi du 1%, Quebec's 1% Training Law). Loi du 1% requires all employers whose payroll is $1,000,000 or more to invest a minimum of 1% of their total payroll in staff training.  The Act is intended to improve the qualifications, skills, and performance of workers through continuing education.
     I am certified to provide training in numerous areas, including (but not limited to): communication (oral and written), customer service, human resources management, marketing, management, and training the trainer. All training can be tailored to your needs.
     If you are an individual who works for a company that must respect the 1% Training Law, your fees for receiving training from me may be reimbursable by your employer. This applies to both group training and one-on-one training. Check with your company - each organization has its own policies and procedures in this matter.
